The word 'Asadero' means 'grill' or 'steakhouse,' and it's at the heart of what we do. From our sizzling parrilladas and fresh seafood (mariscos) to our time-honored traditional dishes, every meal is a celebration of true Mexican cooking.

You'll find us at 1717 East Vista Way, Vista, CA, USA. We're open daily — Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 10:00pm, and Friday through Sunday from 8:00am/8:30am to 11:00pm.
